DELIVERY
Our items are preordered. Delivery time will take about 2-3 weeks to reach you after payment confirmation.
We will keep you updated on the delivery after payment.

We accept payment through:
*Payments are to be made within 2 days after ordering.

Payment can be made through Western Union.
Email us with your order number and our sales will get back to you on our Western Union details.
SHIPPING CHARGES
a) LOCAL(Singapore) ORDERS
- For orders S$80 & up, FREE local postage (normal) (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- For orders below S$80, a flat postage fee of S$4.50 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
b) MALAYSIA / BRUNEI ORDERS
- For orders S$150 & up, FREE postage will be given (within Malaysia & Brunei only)
- For orders below S$150, postage will be charged according to Parcel Rates given by Singpost.
- Registered Mail (S$2.24/2KG) is compulsory.
c) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Postage will be charged according to Parcel Rates given by Singpost.
* For all shipments:
- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail.
- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
- Postage will be applicable for orders below 3 pieces if items are out of stock after payment.
- Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payments have been received.
** Request Registered Mail (additional S$2.24/2KG) to prevent any lost parcels during delivery.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
- All orders will be FINAL and withdrawal/exchange of items after payment is not applicable.
- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the shopper.
- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.
* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (include uncut-tags, label, packaging bag, shopping bag)
* Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be accepted.
